What this checks

Every completion on ContentNest is written to an append-only, hash-chained record. A credential is cryptographically anchored to the completion it came from, so altering the holder, the course or the expiry date breaks the check. A result here is recomputed from the record itself, not looked up in a list that someone could edit.
